How can I heal my prostate gland from prostatitis?

I'm 38 and have been suffering from prostatitis for 4 years now.I 've seen all sorts of doctors and take Flomax, and other pills to help me with this, but nothing worked for me.I have cancer and analysis negative.For taken two years, I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs.Is there a way that nobody knows what is effective in treating prostate cancer?
